  • Rapid weight loss promises (real weight loss takes time, otherwise it just comes back)

How the program is organized
  • Step 1: We meet at a cafe or your home for a 1-2 hour consult.
  • Step 2: We meet again to for a 2 hour session where I provide you with your tailor-made, phased 3-month program and walk you through it.We discuss: 
    • The root causes behind your health issues
    • Dietary recommendations [and your personal recipe book]
    • Behavioural and lifestyle changes
    • Supplement recommendations
    • Educational topics e.g. how to create balanced meals, how to grocery shop, meal prep, clean out your kitchen etc. You will receive written material for all of this as well.
  • Step 3: We set up goals for every 2 weeks, and get on a call for 30 minutes to discuss your progress. You will also be tracking your food, movement and habits in a tracker every day. You can also Whatsapp, email or text me anytime in between for support.
  • Step 4: After 3 months, we review the progress we’ve made. You will have transformed the way you live at this point, with all the tools, education and habits instilled in you to continue leading a healthier lifestyle!
Investment: $500 USD per month, or 1800 AED
