Halfway through my career in Advertising, I began night school to become a Holistic Nutritionist. Over the next two years I went from feeling exhausted, sluggish and bloated to feeling light, energetic and happier in my skin. I learnt that a healthy lifestyle and busy work life can coexist, it just requires some education, a bit of effort and some creativity.

As a full-time Holistic Nutritionist, I now coach and educate busy, stressed out, working professionals on how to live a healthier lifestyle. However, not everyone has the time or resources to have their own personal nutritionist.
