A: I go through phases, where I’m obsessed with just one type of breakfast for months. Then I get bored and move onto a new obsession. Currently, it’s making a parfait with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, hemp seeds, trail mix and a hard boiled egg on the side (to get in my protein!)

Before that it was a smoothie with fresh strawberries, almond butter, chia seeds, almond milk and protein powder w/ greens.

And before that it was two sunny-side up eggs with 1/2 an avocado on gluten-free toast.

I always make sure it’s real, whole foods and includes a decent dose of protein, good fat and fibre. For more breakfast ideas you can read this post.
