As close to a magic potion as it gets – apple cider vinegar has numerous uses such as improving digestion, reducing sugar cravings, and improving skin and hair health.
Apple cider vinegar smells and tastes a little funky, but I promise it’s worth it.
The biggest benefit of apple cider vinegar is that it contains acetic acid – essentially, vinegar – which research has proven to help balance blood sugar levels, help with cravings and therefore aid weight loss.
Plus, if you have heartburn, feel bloated or sluggish after every meal, apple cider vinegar before meals really helps out i.e. you’ll feel lighter and have less indigestion.
Lastly, it’s pretty great topically since it has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, so you’ll find it in a lot of home remedies!
Since 2013. Full disclosure: At first I thought it smelled like feet and never wanted anything to do with it. But, I got used to it within a few days and don’t even notice the smell now 🙂
