If you're looking for a nutritionist that enjoys brunches, sushi and an occasional binge-watch on Netflix, ding ding ding! We have a winner! I believe in making healthy lifestyle changes that are realistic, so that they'll stick in the long-run. This is my personal philosophy and exactly what you'll find throughout this website. Enjoy!
