Are you responsible for your employees’ wellbeing, morale and overall happiness at your company? Did you know that 90% of my clients work in a corporate environment and they ALL complain about:
- Low energy
- Poor concentration
- Feeling stressed out and anxious
- Being bloated or constipated
- Muscle aches and pains
- Poor sleep
- Needing caffeine to wake up
Which leads to:
- Poor performance
- Higher absenteeism
- Low productivity
- Low morale
Based on my experience, all employees want to improve their overall health but feel too overwhelmed, busy or stressed out to give it any real thought! So why not make it easy for your employees by bringing the health education to them?
As a Holistic Nutritionist and past Ad Exec, I make sure that the lunch & learns are fun, relatable and highly actionable.

Caffeine overload is easy to achieve in the agency world. We often forget to turn off our coffee machines and phones. Good thing we had Alina come visit us! Alina visited Brightworks during Healthy Workplace Awareness Month for a lunch and learn. Our biggest boardroom was PACKED during a lunch break, which is a rare occurrence to see in our office. Alina offered her tips for a healthier life inside and outside of the corporate walls. After her visit, many individuals have noted higher energy levels, better sleep, and dare we say… drank less coffee! We are very thankful and appreciative for Alina, and would love for her to present to our clients!
